Shivam Patel is a Principal at Boathouse Capital. Shivam has worked for companies such as Moelis & Company and Knotel, and has served on the boards of Glamsquad and Spark Hire. With over 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, he has helped organizations steer expansion by managing people and processes. He earned his BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Thiag is the Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors at Cardinality.ai. Kevin is the Chief Strategy Officer of Cardinality.ai and leads the Organizational Transformation activities to support the evolution of Cardinality.ai 2.0. Kevin’s deep acumen in HHS and GovTech creates a path for expanding the organization's footprint via partnerships and go to market strategies in both SLED & Federal market.

With rich experience in operations, sales & resource management that spans over two decades, Anna heads the Administrative office at Cardinality.ai and is responsible for overseeing operational budgets, key performance indicators and staffing across Cardinality’s global operations to ensure clients & employees have a seamless and positive experience.

Adam Basha is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years of experience leading the delivery and pre-sales of data analytics and AI solutions. He is an expert in assessments, strategy, solution architecture, tools & technology evaluation, solution demos, use cases/POC builds, and capability development. His earlier stints include pivotal roles at Maryland Department of Health, DMI, Collabera, Photon Infotech, and NCC Softech.

Toni Blue has extensive expertise in policy, practice and business process in human service programs. She has spent over 20 years working in various capacities in both the public and private sector in the human services field. She held positions that ranged from direct human services eligibility work with citizens, to leading an enterprise division at the state level where she had oversight of both policy, business process and technology for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, Energy Assistance and Childcare, to sharing her lived experience and deep knowledge nationally to both state and federal agencies.

Cyndi specializes in delivering strategic solutions to clients through her marketing and product expertise. Cyndi’s unique ability to effectively communicate each client’s story has led to increased sales and informed, engaged teams.

Joshua, SVP - Gov Innovation and Growth, is a technology leader who specializes in evaluating new technologies, creating strategies, and providing direction for public and private organizations. He is known for inspiring and guiding others to exceed their expectations with his noteworthy stints at DMI, Asteria Corporation, MITRE, Gray Ghost Solutions, OpenLoop, Hypergiant, and more.

With over 25 years of experience, Wendy is a Subject Matter expert in the area of Child Welfare. Previously, she worked as a practitioner in New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and has served as a mentor and professional coach for child welfare professionals. She holds extensive knowledge of SDLC and has overseen development and maintenance activities for a State’s CCWIS system.

Fran Goerlich has been working on Finance and Disbursement products and solutions for Health Insurance organizations for more than 30 years and is very well regarded as an Industry expert. Fran had been the COO at ClearCycle Corporation before it merged with Cardinality.ai in 2021. After graduating in Accounting from Penn University, she completed her Masters in Taxation from Philadelphia University.

Joe is a results-driven leader with expertise in strategic partnerships and programs. With a solid background, including roles at Material Bank, ARCTOS, and Universal Technology Company, Joe brings a wealth of experience to the table. Joe has expertise in data solutions, analytics, and visualization, along with several advanced certifications. He also has an MBA in Project Management and MIS from Wright State University.

He has been leveraging his technical competencies & analytical capabilities to help business leaders in leveraging Data Analytics and Technology to drive their strategy and decision making, as AI becomes more relevant in this Post Covid Era.

Kiru is a passionate Cloud Architect with more than a decade of focused thinking in IT, supplemented by skills and expertise built around it and an enthusiastic observer of its tremendous influence in shaping human lives.

Venkatesh is a subject matter expert in the area of Health & Human Services Platforms ,Case Management,Child Welfare Management,Child Support Management. He was heading Digital Marketing at hCue prior to joining Cardinality.ai in 2018.

Amber is an experienced Project Manager and Child Support expert with 27 years of experience. Given her niche skills & domain expertise, she has been asked to speak at many state child support conferences and has been a speaker at NCSEA regarding systems replacement requirements.

As the Director of Solution Engineering and Subject Matter Expert, Erica leads a high-performing pre-sales team at Cardinality. Bringing her 20+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, and solution engineering, Erica has been instrumental in driving Cardinality’s AI-enabled case management solutions to the market. Erica’s experience ranges from working as a caseworker across various agencies to being a tech leader in companies such as IBM, Accenture, and Redmane.

Derrick Stephens, Director, Customer Success and Training, brings 25 years of experience in health and human services, shaped by his own foster care background. He has led state and national innovation initiatives, blending tech and workforce development to support vulnerable populations. A kinship caregiver with direct care experience, Derrick holds dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Phil spent the majority of his career at Attain Partners and its predecessor, Attain, LLC, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he was responsible for operational performance, market expansion, and strategic execution across higher education, state, and healthcare engagements. His experience spans building high-performing teams, driving disciplined financial management, and strengthening client relationships in highly regulated environments.
